First Nation, Indigenous Studies and American Indian Students Section | World Social Science Association Conference

Oct 30, 2024

Description: We would like to share our call for proposals to attend and present your research at the upcoming World Social Science Association Conference.

The World Social Science Association is comprised of scholars across many disciplines in the social sciences and related fields, and is also the home of The Social Science Journal, a prestigious journal of international research.

The mission of the World Social Science Association is to foster an interdisciplinary environment that nurtures professional study, advances research and service, and highlights the impact of meaningful social science research on policy development, teaching, learning, and communities. Our members’ scholarly work reflects the association’s values of scholarship, collegiality, and community service.

The American Indian & Indigenous Studies section is particularly interested in proposals that engage with history, culture, environmental issues, Indigenous education, politics, spirituality, sociology, and contemporary experiences of Indigenous peoples in North America. We are looking forward to vibrant and engaging sections.
